Just started seeing Dr Grossman and his team. Best dental team I have ever encountered. Painless and quick, with a great sense of humor and skill. Awesome customer service, and I actually travel from Cortland to come to this group.
I had tried a few other dentists before a friend referred me to Summit. They were able to get me in very quickly as a new patient. The entire office staff is wonderful and genuine, and Dr. Smithers is an absolute gem!! He listened to my concerns, made sure to explain everything when coming up with a plan, and I literally walked out with the best smile I’ve had in years. Highly recommend this office and their professional and courteous team!

Couldn’t be happier with Summit Dental Group. I called with tooth pain to see if they were accepting new patients. They got me in the next day. The front desk staff was super helpful. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. The office itself is beautiful. The hygienist was so nice and explained everything she was doing. The dentist came in almost immediately. He was kind and personable. He took his time, made sure my mouth was completely numb before he started, and made sure to inform me of potential side effects from the novocaine. They exceeded my expectations on every level.
I called every dentist across 3 cities. They answered and got me in within an hour , same day. The office is amazing , every staff member was so nice , kind , caring ! Dr. Grossman is the best ! He fixed me right up and came up with a plan for my next dental work! Just having someone to answer , be willing to see you on such short notice or even just help is so amazing ! I am going to make this my new dentist !

My daughter had an accident to her two front teeth last night around 7:10pm. We are new to the area, so our kids don't have a dentist here yet. We called the first dentist we seen open which happened to be Summit. Even though they were getting ready to leave for the night they were awesome enough to stay open to take a look at my daughters' teeth. We were not patients, and they didn't care which insurance we had right away like most places do. They still took the time to see her. The staff and the Dr were amazing. Very patient and caring. My daughter was nervous and was crying a little bit, but they were very patient with her, and they made her feel very comfortable, and the Dr even made her a cool flower balloon, defiantly recommend them. Very thankful They took us last min and gave great advice and helped us. Thank you.

I went in for a sleep aid mouth piece. The process was thoroughly explained by my dentist and his assistants and I was in and out. I would definitely recommend them for any dental services major to minor. They made me feel welcome from when I walked in and even tho everyone wore a mask you were still greeted with smiles. 5 stars!!
I went in on a referral to get a new retainer and they completely changed my teeth. They were so personable after the first visit and felt like i've been a patient my whole life. They found a way for me to get braces again and really made it an easy cost effective process. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I recommend all my friends who are looking to find confidence with their smile, because they gave me mine back.
VERY impressed with Dr. Smithers and his staff! I was a new patient of theirs and they got me in and fixed my tooth all within the first day of talking to them. The whole experience was very pleasant and I HATE the dentist. On top of them all just being straight up awesome people, the procedure didn't hurt one bit, it was done in a very timely manner and the pricing is totally affordable! (I dont have insurance) bottom line..if you're looking for a new dental group, they are your people!

From the time of my consultation with Dr. Grossman and his staff to moving on to treatments and financing I almost feel like I’m a part of their family. The office has such a laid back/ honest feel to it yet everyone is still very professional and helpful. I’m not even half way through my treatment and I feel very happy with my decision to go through with treatment here. Highly recommend!

I broke my tooth awhile back, they seen me almost immediately knowing the importance of having your teeth. I was frantic, because i could not get into my regular dentist....which I don't use anymore, i had to work the next day and could not bare the thought of working with a missing tooth. Jared Smithers was excellent, the staff was excellent as well. I never felt more at ease. Im still not done with this tooth, i have one more appointment which unfortunately will be my last because they are not in my insurance network, i really wish they were. Unfortunately dentist work of any kind is expensive especially when your insurance pays so little to out of network dental. I recommend them all highly, great group of people. I live in Oswego and i would definately make the drive to this place anytime I needed service done or regular check up but i am at a loss because i need to find a dentist that takes my insurance, which are not at all what I want here in Oswego.
Very good Dentist (Dr. Clark). Do not recommend uneccesary work but do charge more than some others.

My son chipped his tooth and we were looking for a dental practice that would see us quickly. Dr. Grossman changed his schedule to get my son in the next day. He fixed the tooth perfectly and the staff was very friendly. We will certainly be using Summit Dental group moving forward.
Great, personable and friendly employees (from the front desk to the assistant, the doc to the billing woman). They weren't all about making the top dollar sale, which means a lot to me. I want the best advice and real answers, whether it actually be the top dollar sale that's best option for me or not. I look forward to my next few months and so on with them, as I'm getting invisaline in a few weeks!

I have had a ton of work done and I have to say that Dr. Engels team (retired now) that is now Dr. Grossman's Team are very professional, very friendly and very thorough. I sought out Dr. Grossman for the Six Month Smiles program. I had a great experience and am finally confident in my smile after 20+ years of being insecure. The staff is very friendly and surprised me by quickly learning my name! I now continue to go to the office for my regular dental care.

The environment is warm and friendly and are always on top of my care. I had a traumatic mouth injury a few years back, and I was brought in immediately. I would not have gotten through the experience without his gentleness and kindness. The staff was remarkable as well, and I will always be grateful for it.

Dr. Grossman has been my dentist for 8 years now. Everyone in the office is great and I couldn't ask for a better dental experience! From cleanings to fillings to my first crown (it wasn't a big deal at all) to six month smiles to straighten my teeth before my wedding, every visit has been fantastic.
